I stand in line to see the breakdown
Turning around
Zombies are watching me
I try to hide behind the masses
But my footprints
Leads right back to me
I have to
Stand up
Scream out
See the pain through my eyes
How it feels under the bleeding sky
I just want to say
We’re not here to stay
Humanity is running away
I don’t know why
We drift with our impressions
We’re building walls and feed the depression
Colored by hate
Watered by faith
But it’s not too late
It’s not too late
See the pain through my eyes
How it feels under the bleeding sky
I just want to say
We’re not here to stay
Humanity is running away
Humanity is running away
Standing in line
But still in isolation
Dark circles surrounding me
World on fire
Bound by domination
My mask, disconnecting me
See the pain through my eyes
How it feels under the bleeding sky
I just want to say
We’re not here to stay
We’re bound to
Devastation

Pity that I could not find the deluxe edition with LoG's Laid to Rest. Nevertheless I wanted to add Elegy to my BC collection. It's unique as it is a delightful mix of symphony and deathcore. The vocals are just the perfect "5th element" that allows both styles to intertwine perfectly. Ben Duerr is the perfect vocalist for this role. The Elegy trilogy at the end is just the apotheose of death-gasm, it's a good trip down to memory lane as I've seen S.O.I. live last year! sachavonkarl74
